Once redemption is successful, follow these steps to retrieve your e-voucher on Malaysia Airlines mobile App:
1) Open the Malaysia Airlines mobile app, select ‘MHVoucher’, and tap ‘My Vouchers'.
2) Locate the “Richard Marx Concert e-voucher” under the ‘Active’ tab.
3) Tap ‘USE NOW’ and select ‘Yes’ to claim your e-voucher no later than 08 August 2025.
4) Once the voucher code is activated, Enrich will fulfil the actual e-Ticket to your email no later than 13 August 2025.
