Tier Carry Forward
Tier Carry Forward allows eligible Enrich Members to carry forward Elite Points earned in excess of the applicable tier requalification requirement into the following calendar year.
The Tier Carry Forward calculation is based on the year in which Elite Points are earned, and the tier thresholds applicable for that year.
Tier Carry Forward – Elite Points Earned in 2025
For Elite Points earned between 1 January and 31 December 2025, Tier Carry Forward will be calculated based on the 2025 Enrich tier requalification thresholds.

Important: Elite Points earned in 2025 will be assessed using the 2025 requalification thresholds (30 / 60 / 100). The revised Enrich Elite Status requirements (35 / 70 / 140) apply only to Elite Points earned from 1 January 2026 onwards.

For Elite Points earned from 1 January 2026 onwards, Tier Carry Forward will be calculated using the updated tier requalification thresholds.

Eligibility & Determination
- Tier Carry Forward eligibility is determined based on the member’s earned tier and credited Elite Points balance as of 31 December of the qualifying year.
- Only Elite Points earned in excess of the applicable requalification requirement are eligible for carry forward, capped at the maximum stated above.
- Carried-forward Elite Points will be credited automatically and applied toward qualification in the following calendar year.
- Tier Carry Forward is applied once only. Elite Points that have been carried forward from a previous year will not be included in the calculation of excess Elite Points for subsequent Tier Carry Forward assessments.
Enrich members may view their carried-forward Elite Points by logging into their account via Enrich Online or the Malaysia Airlines mobile app.
Note: During system updates related to the refreshed Enrich programme, the Tier Carry Forward field may not be displayed temporarily in Enrich Online. Your Elite Status and benefits remain unaffected, and any eligible Tier Carry Forward will continue to be processed in the background.
Tier Carry Forward – AmBank Enrich Visa Credit Card Members
Tier Carry Forward allows eligible AmBank Enrich Visa Credit Card Members to carry forward Elite Points earned in excess of the applicable tier requalification requirement into the following calendar year.
For eligible AmBank Enrich Visa Credit Card Members, Tier Carry Forward is calculated based on tier requalification requirements that are 30% lower, with Tier Carry Forward capped at 50% of the applicable reduced requirement.
The Tier Carry Forward calculation is based on the year in which Elite Points are earned, and the tier thresholds applicable for that year.
Tier Carry Forward – Elite Points Earned in 2025
For Elite Points earned between 1 January and 31 December 2025, Tier Carry Forward will be calculated based on the 2025 Enrich tier requalification thresholds with a 30% reduction from the standard requalification requirements Elite points, applicable to eligible AmBank Enrich Visa Credit Cardholder.
