Our 3 Golden Lounges at KLIA offer stunning views complemented by unique local design touches. While all of them serve international cuisine, we are especially proud of their local food selections: a celebration of Malaysia’s rich food culture. 

Enjoy a comfortable start to your journey with up to 3 hours of access to our Golden Lounge just before your scheduled departing flight. Please note that all passes can only be used within 24 hours of your scheduled departure.

Important Notes

• Valid on pure Malaysia Airlines operated flights and at Malaysia Airlines operated lounges only.
• Each Enrich E-Golden Lounge Access Voucher for Golden Lounge Access admits one person to the Golden Lounge and valid only for the Business Class section of the Golden Lounge.
• Each Enrich E-Golden Lounge Access Voucher for Golden Lounge Access is valid for one-time use only and for pre-flight departure lounge access.
• Each Enrich E-Golden Lounge Access Voucher (s) is to be used on pure Malaysia Airlines operated flights or charter flights booked on MH flight number and ticketed on  Malaysia Airlines (232) document on that day only.
• This Enrich E-Golden Lounge Access Voucher is not valid on Malaysia Airlines codeshare and marketed flights.
• Enrich E-Golden Lounge Access Voucher(s) for Golden Lounge Access may be requested online at www.enrich.malaysiaairlines.com.   
• Enrich E-Golden Lounge Access Voucher(s) for Golden Lounge Access is valid for six (6) months from the date of issue.
• Enrich E-Golden Lounge Access Voucher are lounge-specific and non-transferable (may not be used at lounges other than the ones specified on the voucher). Domestic lounge vouchers redeemed can be used at any Malaysia Airlines domestic lounges.
• Enrich E-Golden Lounge Access Voucher is not valid at third party lounges (lounges not operated by Malaysia Airlines) and oneworld® lounges.
• Enrich E-Golden Lounge Access Voucher is not valid if travel is on oneworld or partner airline flights. 
• This Enrich E-Golden Lounge Access Voucher is non-transferable.
• The Enrich E-Golden Lounge Access Vouchers are only transferable only when the Enrich member who redeemed the voucher(s) travels with family/friends on the same flight and date. The actual number of E-Golden Lounge Access Voucher (s) for the member and family/friends travelling together must be presented before entering the Golden Lounge. One E-Golden Lounge Access Voucher admits one (01) person only to the Golden Lounge. A child (02 – 12 years) will require one E-Golden Lounge Access Voucher to access the lounge.
