Check your Points balance for eligibility at malaysiaairlines.com/enrich. An upgrade can be made 6 hours before your flight departure. Payment of all taxes, existing processes, booking modifications and cancellation policies still apply. ​

The tables below display the Enrich Points required for one-way upgrade to Business Class or Business Suite on Malaysia Airlines flights, effective 10 April 2025.

Enrich Member must first purchase an eligible revenue fare ticket from Malaysia Airlines or a travel agent. Reservations and issuing of the Enrich Upgrade Travel Award can be made through Malaysia Airlines Contact Centre at 1-300-88-3000 (within Malaysia) or +603-7843 3000 (outside Malaysia), or via Malaysia Airlines Ticket Offices.
