Enrich Member Advisory: Protect Your Enrich Account.​ 

We would like to remind Enrich members to remain vigilant of unauthorised websites, social media accounts and online platforms that falsely claim to represent Enrich and offer Enrich Points or Enrich Status.
 

To help keep your account and personal information secure, please take note:

• Enrich Points and Enrich Status are not available for purchase or transfer through third-party websites, social media accounts or online sellers.
• The only official channels for Enrich transactions are the Malaysia Airlines website, Enrich website and Malaysia Airlines mobile app.
• Engaging with unauthorised channels or sharing your personal or account information with them may expose you to potential fraud or misuse.
   

Always access your Enrich account and services through our official channels:

• Enrich: www.enrich.malaysiaairlines.com
• Mobile App: Malaysia Airlines App
   

If you come across any suspicious account, website or offer claiming to represent Enrich, please report it to enrichfraudrisk@malaysiaairlines.com.
