Enrich Points Earn Table 

_{Note: The Enrich Points earning table above is effective 1 January 2022.} 

Your Enrich Points earned will be based on your tier and amount spent on the ticket (base fare and carrier-related charges). For example, if you are Blue member and you spend RM100, you will earn 150 Enrich Points.

*Enrich Point accrual on MASwings is available on MASwings ATR flights only, and it is not applicable to MASwings codeshare flights and those operated by the Twin Otter aircrafts (DHT/ DHC/ AHT).

Your Elite Points earned will be based on your travel destination that falls into the respective Zones and cabin class of travel. 

Flights and Booking Class that are not eligible to earn Enrich Points will not earn Elite Points.

The earning of Enrich Points and Elite Points will only be honored to the flights flown until 31 December 2025 (inclusive).

Important notice

We would like to inform you of upcoming changes to the Enrich points earnings relating to MASwings (MW) flights.

Earning Enrich Points and Elite Points

• The last day to earn Enrich Points and Elite Points on MASwings flights is for travel completed on or before 31 December 2025.
• Only flights marketed under the MH3000 flight series are eligible for accrual.
   

Submitting Missing Points Claims

If you have completed MASwings travel by 31 December 2025, you may still submit a Missing Points Claim. Please note:

• The final date to submit Claim Missing Points requests for MASwings travel is 30 June 2026.
• In line with Enrich Terms & Conditions, a claim must be submitted within six (6) months / 180 days from the travel date. Claims submitted beyond this period will not be accepted.
• Claims can be submitted through Enrich Online via the web or the Malaysia Airlines mobile app. We encourage you to review your recent travel activity and submit any outstanding claims before the deadline to ensure your Enrich Points are credited accordingly.

Elite Status Benefits

Enrich Elite Status benefits, where applicable, will be honoured only for MASwings flights that meet both of the following conditions:

• The flight is marketed under the MH3000 flight series.
• Travel is completed on or before 31 December 2025.
