Here’s how to view your TreatsPoints balance and redeem points via Maybank2u web:

Step 1: Log in to www.maybank2u.com.my

Step 2: Under ‘MY ACCOUNTS’, go to ‘CARDS’

Step 3: Scroll down until you see REWARDS

Step 4: Click ‘⋅⋅⋅’ at ‘Treats points + Banking Accounts’ to view details and redeem

Step 5:  In “View Detail”, it reflects the available points at each card level

Step 6: To redeem your points, click ‘REDEEM’

Take your time to browse through our e-Catalogue. Redeem through one of the following options:

• Complete and email TreatsPoints Redemption form to [email protected], OR
• Walk-in to our Maybank Card Centres in Menara Maybank / 1 Utama Shopping Centre / Suria KLCC / The Gardens Mall, OR
• Call 1300 88 6688 and speak to our Customer Service Executive

Valid for Credit Cards issued by Maybank Malaysia.

Call Maybank Group Customer Care at 1 300 88 6688 to convert to Enrich Points.

Important Notice:

• Maybank credit card members, including Amex credit/charge cards issued by Maybank, are subject to 100,000,000 airmiles collective monthly capping and 250,000 airmiles per customer during Bonus Miles campaign..
• A card member may convert their points up to a maximum of 2,000,000 Air Miles per calendar year regardless of the airline.
