1) Organiser

Redeem the brands you love. 20% off with Enrich GiftCards (“Promotion”) is organised by Enrich by Malaysia Airlines Berhad (“Organiser”).
 

2) Promotion Period

  • Redemption Period: 15 May 2026 – 14 June 2026 (00:00 MYT – 23:59 MYT)
  • Usage Period: Valid until the expiry date stated on the voucher.
     

3) Eligibility

  • Open to all Enrich members with an active Enrich account.
  • Members must be logged in to Enrich Online Portal or Malaysia Airlines mobile app to make a redemption.
  • Only redemptions made via Enrich Online Portal or Malaysia Airlines mobile app are eligible.
     

4) Participating Partner

This promotion is valid for redemptions with eligible brands listed in the Enrich Giftcards catalogue.

  • 20% discount off on participating redemption brands during Promotion Period.
  • Valid for redemption made between 15 May 2026 – 14 June 2026.
     

6) Offer Fulfilment

  • The discount is applied at checkout for eligible redemptions.
     

7) Points Validity

  • Enrich Points used for redemption are subject to the Enrich Programme Terms and Conditions.
     

8) Inclusions

  • Open to all Enrich members with an active Enrich account.
  • Not utilizing the voucher will result in forfeiture of Enrich Points and expiry of voucher.
  • Enrich Points must be redeemed from a single account.
  • Unlimited eligible redemptions per member.
  • Full Points term only; no Points + Cash terms are allowed.
  • Members without sufficient Enrich Points may purchase points under “Buy Points” via Enrich Online.
  • Usage of the Giftcards by scanning the QR code at the outlet or copy code for digital checkout.
     

9) Exclusions

  • Cancellations, no-shows, or refunded stays.
  • Bookings made via third-party platforms.
  • No Enrich Points or Elite Points will be earned on full redemptions using Enrich Points.
  • Enrich will not be liable for:
    • Incorrect redemption of e-voucher on Enrich Online
    • Loss, theft, fraud, cancellation, damage or public disclosure of e-voucher
    • Improper use of or inability to redeem e-voucher
    • Technical issues affecting redemption
       

10) Other Applicable Terms

  • The Enrich Programme Terms and Conditions apply.
  • The Participating Partners’ Terms and Conditions apply.
  • The General Terms and Conditions for Enrich Promotions shall also apply.
  • These Promotion Terms and Conditions shall prevail in the event of any inconsistency with other promotional or marketing materials.

EVOUCHER REDEMPTION
General Terms and conditions

1. Organiser

E-Voucher Redemption (“Promotion”) is organised by Enrich by Malaysia Airlines Berhad (“Organiser”).

  • E-voucher(s) redemption is organised by Enrich by Malaysia Airlines Berhad (Company No. 201401040794 (1116944-X)), a company incorporated in Malaysia with its registered office at Level 1, South Support Zone, 64000 Sepang, Selangor, Malaysia (hereinafter referred to as the “Organiser”).
     

2. Eligibility

  • Open to all Enrich members with an active Enrich account.
  • Enrich members must be logged in to Malaysia Airlines app and Enrich Online (Login here).
  • Only redemption made via Malaysia Airlines app and Enrich Online are eligible.
  • Members must have sufficient Enrich Points in their account to redeem e-voucher(s). If insufficient points, redemption will not be processed and top-up via cash/credit card is not allowed.
  • Redemption is strictly on a full Enrich Points basis only (no Points + Cash).
  • Redemption is subject to availability.

3. Offer Fulfilment

  • The e-voucher can only be downloaded by the member who redeems it.
  • Transfer of the e-voucher to another Enrich member is not allowed.
     

4. Usage of e-Voucher

  • To utilise the e-voucher, members must log in via the Malaysia Airlines app and follow the “How to Use” instructions attached to the voucher.
  • The e-voucher is valid until the expiry date stated on the voucher.
  • If purchase value is lower than the voucher value, no refund will be given.
  • If purchase value exceeds the voucher value, the balance must be paid via cash/credit card, subject to applicable taxes and charges.
  • Only valid e-vouchers will be accepted. Photocopied, reproduced, defaced, unclear, or expired vouchers will not be accepted.
  • No re-issuance, extension, or cash refund will be provided for expired e-vouchers.
  • No Enrich Points or Elite Points will be earned for full redemption using Enrich Points.

Enrich will not be liable or required to compensate customers for:

  • Incorrect redemption on Enrich Online.
  • Loss, theft, fraud, cancellation, damage, discontinuation, or public disclosure of the e-voucher.
  • Improper use of or inability to redeem the e-voucher.
  • Technical issues preventing redemption.
  • Not applicable for advance ordering.
  • For enquiries or complaints, members must contact Enrich via AskMH Form within three (3) days from the redemption date.
  • Requests made after three (3) days will not be entertained and will be deemed as redeemed and utilised. No Points refund or replacement will be provided.
  • Enrich reserves the right to revise these terms without prior notice.
     

5. General

  • The Organiser shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or personal injury arising from participation in this Promotion.
  • Any disputes regarding goods/services shall be settled between the member and the Organiser, except for issues related to the Organiser’s redemption portal.
  • The Organiser is not liable for failure or delay in providing goods/services.
  • The Organiser shall not be liable for disruptions due to technical issues beyond its control.
  • The Organiser reserves the right to modify or cancel the Promotion without prior notice.
  • These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Malaysia, and members agree to the jurisdiction of Malaysian courts.
  • The English version shall prevail in case of discrepancies with translated versions.
  • Participation constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
