The Firefly Up To 25% Off Enrich Points Redemption ("Promotion") is organised by Enrich by Malaysia Airlines Berhad and Firefly Sdn Bhd (“Organiser”).
 

2) Promotion Period

• Booking Period: 01 October 2026 to 05 October 2026 (00:00 MYT - 23:59 MYT)
• Travel Period: 01 October 2026 to 31 December 2026 (00:00 MYT - 23:59 MYT)
• Only flight bookings made during the Booking Period for travel during the Travel Period are eligible for the offer.
   

3) Eligibility

• Open to all Enrich members with active accounts and sufficient Enrich Points.
• The Promotion is strictly available for online redemption via https://enrich.fireflyz.com.my/ only.
• Enrich members must login to https://enrich.fireflyz.com.my/ to redeem the Award Ticket.
   

4) Participating Partner

• This Promotion is valid only on pure Firefly-operated flights.
• Applicable for one-way or return journeys within Firefly’s network, including routes within Peninsular Malaysia, between Peninsular and East Malaysia, and international destinations.
   

5) Offer Rewards

Offer: Enjoy up to 25% discount on redemption rates for eligible flights.

• Valid for flight bookings made between: 01 October 2026 to 05 October 2026.
• Travel must be completed by: 31 December 2026.

• Blackout dates may apply.
   

6) Offer Fulfilment

• Discounted redemption rates applied at time of booking.
• Applicable for T, L, V booking classes only.
• Enrich member name in the booking must exactly match their Enrich profile to ensure successful ticket issuance.

7) Points Validity

• Enrich Points and Elite Points are subject to the Enrich Programme Terms and Conditions.
   

8) Inclusions

• Unlimited eligible flight bookings allowed per Enrich member.
• Applicable for full redemption using Enrich Points on pure Firefly-operated flights.
• Enrich members who do not have sufficient Enrich Points to redeem, they may purchase Enrich Points under ‘Buy Points’ via Enrich Online where separate terms and conditions shall apply.
   

9) Exclusions

The following bookings do not qualify:

• No Enrich Points or Elite Points will be earned on these full redemptions using Enrich Points.
• Not applicable on codeshare flights, Group Travel tickets, complimentary tickets, staff privilege ticket, industrial discounted tickets, staff duty travel tickets, and charter bookings.
• Enrich Points + Cash redemption is strictly not permitted.
• Redemption on Firefly shall not apply to connecting flights (e.g., Penang - Subang - Singapore). Each connecting flight must be redeemed separately. Only point-to-point redemptions are permitted (e.g. Penang - Subang - Penang and/or Subang - Singapore - Subang).
• Tickets issued prior to 01 October 2026 or after 05 October 2026.
• Infant or child tickets.
• Group bookings (10 or more pax).
   

10) Other Applicable Terms

• The Enrich Programme Terms and Conditions apply.
• The Enrich Points Accrual and Redemption on Firefly Terms and Conditions apply.
• The General Terms and Conditions for Enrich Promotions shall also apply.
• The General Conditions of Carriage Terms and Conditions apply.
• The General Firefly Terms and Conditions apply.
• These Promotion Terms and Conditions shall prevail in the event of any inconsistency with other promotional or marketing materials.
