2) For origins or destinations outside Malaysia, the required Enrich Points will vary based on currency conversion rates.
3) The following are not available for redemption using Enrich Points:
• Codeshare flights
• Stopovers and open-jaw flights
• Ancillaries such as seats, meals, and insurance
4) ‘Enrich Points + Cash’ is not applicable for redemption on oneworld member airlines.
5) Applicable taxes, fees, and surcharges must be paid using cash or credit card.
6) Members may also contact us at 1 300 88 3000 (Malaysia) or +603 7843 3000 (outside Malaysia), or visit a Malaysia Airlines Ticketing Office to find more flights across the oneworld network, or to add extra services, such as wheelchair assistance.
7) Other General Terms and Conditions of Enrich redemption apply, including:
• Enrich members will not earn Enrich Points or Tier Elite Points from any redemption.
• Seat upgrades on a oneworld member airlines are not eligible for redemption.
• Once a Travel Award is issued, it will be considered used if not utilised for the flight purchased.
• If a member does not travel (No Show) on the first flight of the original journey, the remaining flights in the booking will automatically be cancelled. The member may contact Malaysia Airlines Call Centre 1 300 88 3000 (Malaysia) or +603 7843 3000 (outside Malaysia) or visit a Malaysia Airlines Ticketing Office to amend the booking to avoid booking cancellation, minimum 48 hours before the first flight departure.
To avoid cancellation, the member may contact Malaysia Airlines at least 48 hours before the first flight’s departure via Call Centre (1 300 88 3000 within Malaysia / +603 7843 3000 outside Malaysia) or at a Ticketing Office.
