1. Organiser

   The Enrich 5 Days Flight Redemption Campaign – August 2026 ("Promotion") is organised by Enrich by Malaysia Airlines Berhad ("Organiser").
    

2. Promotion Period
   • Booking Period: 04 August 2026 – 08 August 2026 (00:00 MYT – 23:59 MYT)
   • Travel Period: 04 August 2026 – 30 November 2026 (00:00 MYT – 23:59 MYT)
   • Only flight bookings made within the Booking Period that apply to travels within the Travel Period qualify for the offer.
      
3. Eligibility
   • Open to all Enrich members with active accounts and sufficient Enrich Points.
   • Enrich members must login to their Enrich account.
   • Enrich members must book via Enrich Online, Malaysia Airlines website, or Malaysia Airlines mobile app.
      
4. Participating Partner
   • Flights operated and marketed by Malaysia Airlines (MH), issued on MH (232) ticket stock.
   • Applicable to all Malaysia Airlines operated destinations.
      
5. Offer Rewards

   Offer: Enjoy up to 10% discount on redemption rates for eligible flights.

   • Valid for flight bookings made between: 04 August 2026 - 08 August 2026.
   • Travel must be completed by: 30 November 2026.
   • Blackout dates may apply. Blackout period is from 26 August 2026 to 29 August 2026, 05 November 2026 to 07 November 2026 inclusive and this promotion is not valid for travel during this period.
      
6. Offer Fulfilment
   • Discounted redemption rates applied at time of booking.
   • Applicable for one-way or return domestic and international flights for all booking classes on Economy Class and Business Class or Business Suite cabins.
   • Enrich member name in the booking must exactly match their Enrich profile to ensure successful ticket issuance.
      
7. Points Validity
   • Enrich Points and Elite Points are subject to the Enrich Programme Terms and Conditions.
      
8. Inclusions
   • Unlimited eligible flight bookings allowed per Enrich member.
   • Applicable for full redemption using Enrich Points or Enrich Points + Cash on pure Malaysia Airlines operated flights.
   • Enrich members who do not have sufficient Enrich Points to redeem may purchase Enrich Points under Buy Points via Enrich Online or opt for Enrich Points + Cash where separate terms and conditions apply.
      
9. Exclusions

   The following bookings do not qualify:

   • Enrich Saver fares.
   • Suspended routes are excluded and are subject to change without prior notice.
   • Flights not operated or marketed by Malaysia Airlines (e.g. MH4000/5000/7000/9000 series, codeshares, charter, Firefly, AMAL, oneworld or other partner airlines).
   • Tickets issued prior to 04 August 2026 or after 08 August 2026.
   • Infant or child tickets.
   • Group bookings (10 or more passengers).
      
10. Other Applicable Terms
    • The Enrich Programme Terms and Conditions apply.
    • The General Terms and Conditions for Enrich Promotions shall also apply.
    • The General Malaysia Airlines Terms and Conditions apply.
    • The General Conditions of Carriage Terms and Conditions apply.
    • These Promotion Terms and Conditions shall prevail in the event of any inconsistency with other promotional or marketing materials.
