ENRICH 5 DAYS FLIGHT REDEMPTION CAMPAIGN
Terms and conditions

1) Organiser

The Enrich 5 Days Flight Redemption Campaign ("Promotion") is organised by Enrich by Malaysia Airlines Berhad (“Organiser”).
 

2) Promotion Period

• Booking Period: 17 April 2026 – 21 April 2026 (00:00 MYT - 23:59 MYT)
• Travel Period: 17 April 2026 – 31 August 2026 (00:00 MYT - 23:59 MYT)
• Only flight bookings made within the Booking Period that apply to travels within the Travel Period qualify for the offer.
   

3) Eligibility

• Open to all Enrich members with active accounts and sufficient Enrich Points.
• Members must log in to their Enrich account.
• Bookings must be made via Enrich Online, Malaysia Airlines website, or mobile app.
   

4) Participating Partner

• Flights operated and marketed by Malaysia Airlines (MH), issued on MH (232) ticket stock.
• Applicable to all Malaysia Airlines destinations except Fukuoka.
   

5) Offer Rewards

Offer: Enjoy up to 12% discount on redemption rates for eligible flights.

• Valid for bookings between: 17 April 2026 – 21 April 2026
• Travel must be completed by: 31 August 2026
• Blackout dates:
  • 21 May 2026 – 23 May 2026
  • 28 May 2026 – 30 May 2026
  • 26 August 2026 – 29 August 2026
     

6) Offer Fulfilment

• Discount applied at time of booking.
• Valid for one-way or return flights (domestic & international).
• Applicable for Economy, Business Class, and Business Suite.
• Member name must match Enrich profile exactly.
   

7) Points Validity

Enrich Points and Elite Points are subject to the Enrich Programme Terms and Conditions.
 

8) Inclusions

• Unlimited eligible bookings per member.
• Applicable for full redemption or Points + Cash.
• Members without sufficient points may:
  • Purchase points via ‘Buy Points’
  • Use Points + Cash (separate T&Cs apply)
     

9) Exclusions

• Enrich Saver fares.
• Non-Malaysia Airlines flights (codeshare, charter, Firefly, AMAL, oneworld, etc.).
• Travel to Fukuoka.
• Tickets issued outside promo period.
• Infant or child tickets.
• Group bookings (10 or more passengers).
   

10) Other Applicable Terms

• The Enrich Programme Terms and Conditions apply.
• The General Terms and Conditions for Enrich Promotions shall also apply.
• The General Malaysia Airlines Terms and Conditions apply.
• The General Conditions of Carriage Terms and Conditions apply.
• These Promotion Terms and Conditions shall prevail in the event of any inconsistency with other promotional or marketing materials.
