Terms and conditions

1) Organiser

The Enrich x oneworld 10% Points Back Flight Promotion ("Promotion") is organised by Enrich by Malaysia Airlines Berhad (“Organiser”).
 

2) Promotion Period

• Only flight bookings made within the Booking Period that apply to travel within the Travel Period qualify for the offer.
   

3) Eligibility

• Open to all Enrich members with an active account and sufficient Enrich Points.
• Members must log in and book via Enrich Online or Malaysia Airlines website.
   

4) Participating Partner

• oneworld member airlines subject to availability for online redemption via Enrich Online or Malaysia Airlines website.
   

5) Offer Rewards

• Offer: 10% Points Back for eligible oneworld flights.
• Valid for bookings from 31 March 2026 to 13 April 2026.
• Travel must be completed by 31 March 2027.
   

6) Offer Fulfilment

• Applicable for all booking classes on eligible oneworld flights.
• Points back credited within 14 days after completion of journey.
• Based on original travel date even if changed.
• No minimum redemption required.
• Name must match Enrich profile.
   

7) Points Validity

• Points valid for 6 months from date of crediting.
• Subject to Enrich Programme Terms & Conditions.
   

8) Inclusions

• Applicable for full redemption using Enrich Points.
• Applicable for one-way or return tickets.
• Applicable across all oneworld destinations (subject to availability).
• Applicable across all cabin classes.
• 10% Points Back capped at 5,000 points per booking.
• Multiple bookings allowed.
   

9) Exclusions

• Flights not available for oneworld redemption online.
• Tickets issued outside promotion period.
• Infant tickets, group fares, or bookings without valid Enrich membership.
• Cancelled, refunded, or no-show flights.

• Enrich Programme Terms & Conditions apply.
• General Enrich Promotions T&C apply.
• Malaysia Airlines T&C apply.
• Conditions of Carriage apply.
• This T&C prevails in case of inconsistency.
